2024.12.21 Concert in Vitoria
The final stop on the tour of Spain was Vitoria, the capital of the Basque Country in Spain. The day after the performance in Córdoba on the 19th, we traveled from Córdoba to Vitoria in the Basque Country, taking two trains and a car for about 10 hours. It was a long journey from south to north, and I was exhausted. The next day, on the 21st, was the performance in Vitoria.
Vitoria is located inland, close to Rioja, famous for its wine. It is less well known than Bilbao or San Sebastián, but it is a lovely city with medieval streetscapes, and is also a gourmet city.
The venue is Conservatorio de Música Jesús Guridi.
