Electronic Music Foundation presents
A dance/music event highlighting Xenakis’ lifelong interest in Japanese music and theater, conceived by and with choreography, stage design, and costumes by Luca Veggetti. With lighting by Roderick Murray, dance by the Purchase Dance Corps and Frances Chiaverini, and performances by Noh artist Ryoko Aoki, bassist Robert Black, and shakuhachi virtuoso James Nyoraku Schlefer.
